You can measure yourself with a belt or dressing gown cord and a 30cm ruler! Tie the belt around your hips, place a piece of tape or pinch where it reaches, then lay flat and carefully use the ruler to measure the length.

WUKA Ultimate Midi Brief Super Heavy Flow period pants are your complete tampon and pad replacement and our highest absorbency. You can wear them for up to 24 hours when the need arises but we recommend not more than 12 for hygiene reasons.

Flow: 60ml = 12 tampons or 8 day pads
Good for: Very heavy periods, moderate bladder leaks. You know your flow best.

The pad is a little thicker than other styles - c. 3mm thick, around the same as a super absorbent disposable pad.

HANDWASH: After use, rinse with cold water.

MACHINE WASH: Pop your WUKA with similar, dark coloured garments and wash at 30 to 40 degrees. Don't use fabric conditioner.
We suggest that Perform Collection and Re-purpose Collection styles should be washed cold. We also recommend washing any WUKAs with mesh or lace in a wash bag. This will help prolong the life and the strength of the mesh.

LINE DRY: Air dry your WUKA Period Pants outside on the line or indoors on an airer. Don't tumble dry it.

Cannot express my disappointment enough

The one star is for the look, fit and feel of these briefs. As for the absorbency - I bought the super heavy expecting to be covered at least overnight (8hrs) but I am significantly leaking through after only 2 hours! For context, I have a heavy flow and change regular winged pad every 2 hours or so on my heaviest day. Maybe my expectations were out of whack? Maybe I got a faulty batch??

Even on my lighter days I noticed red residue on the outside of the briefs when I wiped it with tissue because I could sense it was leaking.

I was really excited for these and now very deflated :( I will wear them indoors to avoid wastage, but unfortunately will not be leaving the house in them!

Bought these for my 14 year old daughter

My 14 year old daughter said these were very comfortable and I have ordered her some more. Have previously bought her similar products from another company, which had to be washed on a gentle setting in the washing machine. This didn't get them properly clean and so I used to put them on a 30 degree wash, which has seen the fabric disintegrate over a few months. WUKA products are recommended to be washed at 30 degrees, so I'm hoping the same thing won't happen!
