Daughter used these for the first time this weekend and absolutely loved them! We were going out for the whole day, she got her period and was dreading it, as first day she gets bad cramps and nausea, sometimes is actually sick. She used a heat patch and it made such a difference for her, managed the cramps, no nausea, says it gave her a lovely, warm snuggly feeling all day and was still giving off heat 12 hours after she put it on! She also wore one overnight to manage the cramps and aid sleep, much easier and one lasting than hot water bottle or the microwave heat pack we usually use. Just needed them for first couple of days when it's at its worst. We'll be ordering again!
The best period panties I've ever tried. They are super comfortable, stretchy and absorbent. Highly recommended for those who, like me, have heavy periods and struggle to find something that makes us feel comfortable even on a night out!
I have been taking the iron gummies for over a week now. I can honestly say they have made a difference. I excersise every morning and when I on my period I get so tired and I just don’t want to work out but I have been taking these every morning and I have just had that little bit more energy to just go for it and I have had the best workouts this period then ever. Maybe it’s all in the mind or maybe not all I no is they taste great and they do the job. I’m very happy and will be buying again. Only thing I would say is maybe the price is a little high so I need to make sure Iv saved to reorder. Love the product though and I would recommend 😊

My daughter has worn these swimming once, which she wore under her current swimsuit. You couldn't notice it at all and she had no leaking. Looking forward to seeing how she gets on with it on holiday.

These definitely do the job as my period is very heavy, wore one pair all day and literally no leaks! However, they are hugeeee. I recommend sizing down or getting the wuka stretch instead
I bought the wuka period pants for my daughter. She says they are the best. She will only wear wuka pants because they do the job and are very comfortable .
I tried washing 3 pairs but the zip worked its way open during the washing cycle. Up to 2 pairs I best and it dries well too, I’d definitely recommend.

I work in a hospital and suffer badly with super heavy flow day 1. In the past, I often didnt get a chance to change pads and leaked through but these pants have genuinely been the best thing I've ever tried! I won't go back to pads. Even when I get a bit sweaty between my legs from moving, the material means it doesn't absorb the sweat and cause leakage like other brands I've tried. Bring on the long shifts!
Really pleased with these pants. This is the second set I've bought so I can go completely plastic free. Very comfortable, I wear them with a moon cup. I'm an active person and these are perfect for walking, running, riding...I used to hate how pads would rub and stick to hair- now I can do any activity in complete comfort. They've never leaked, you just need to stay on top of rinsing and washing them.
