Each set comes in a choice of Heavy Flow or Super Heavy Flow. Heavy Flow pants absorb around 20ml, about 4 tampons' worth, and suit most school days. Super Heavy Flow absorbs up to 60ml for the very heaviest days. Both come as a seamless midi brief, and Heavy Flow is also available as a Boxer Short for teens who prefer full coverage comfort.
